darkcloud WiFi — Privacy Policy Last updated: August 2026 This policy explains what information darkcloud collects when you use the darkcloud WiFi service, why we collect it, and how we look after it. 1. Information we collect When you use the Service we may process: - the voucher code you enter; - your device's MAC (hardware) address and IP address; - your device type and browser information (user-agent); - connection details such as the access point used, session start and end times, and the amount of data used; and - if you bought a voucher in person, the details recorded at the point of sale, which may include your name, mobile number and CNIC. We do not ask for or store payment-card details through this sign-in page. 2. Why we use it We use this information to: - verify your voucher and authorise your device on the network; - apply and enforce time, data and device limits; - keep the network secure and prevent fraud and abuse; - provide support; and - meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping required under Pakistani law and PTA regulations. 3. How long we keep it We keep connection and voucher records for as long as necessary to provide the Service and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Records are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer needed. 4. Sharing your information We do not sell your information. We may disclose it: - to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, law-enforcement or other authorities where required by law or valid legal process; and - to trusted service providers who help us operate the network, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. 5. Security We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Sensitive stored values are encrypted, and administrative access is restricted and logged. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. 6. Cookies and sessions This sign-in page uses a small session cookie that is necessary to keep you signed in and to protect the form against misuse. It is not used for advertising. 7. Children The Service is intended for adults and for minors using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf. 8.
