darkcloud WiFi — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
By connecting to and using the darkcloud WiFi service ("the Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
darkcloud provides prepaid, voucher-based wireless internet access at participating locations. Access is granted only after you enter a valid voucher code on this sign-in page and your device is authorised on the network.
2. Vouchers
2.1 Each voucher grants access subject to the time limit, data allowance and device limit of the package it was bought under.
2.2 A voucher activates on its first successful use. Its validity period begins at that moment and cannot be paused.
2.3 When a voucher's time expires or its data allowance is used up, access ends automatically and a new voucher is required to continue.
2.4 A single-device voucher is locked to the first device that uses it and cannot be moved to another device.
2.5 Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable once activated, and cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged once activated or after their validity period has begun, except where the law requires otherwise.
2.6 Keep your voucher code confidential. We are not responsible for access obtained by anyone who has your code.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan or any regulation of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA);
- access, store or share unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene or infringing material;
- send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
- interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the network; or
- resell, rebroadcast or share the Service beyond the device limit of your voucher.
4. Fair use, speed and availability
4.1 Connection speeds are "up to" the limits of your package and depend on network conditions, location and the number of users online.
4.2 The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may carry out maintenance without notice.
4.3 We may apply reasonable network-management measures and may throttle, suspend or disconnect any device that exceeds its allowance or breaches these Terms.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or withdraw access, and disable any voucher, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where a competent authority requires it.
6. Filtering and records
Access may be filtered in line with PTA and other legal requirements. Connection records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, darkcloud is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from interruption or unavailability of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the current version and applies to your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction.
